At what times are the check-ins and check outs?

Check-in starts at 4PM and Check-out are before 12PM.But we can arrange that you leave your luggages in the house if needed and we also have access to the thouse thru ELECTRONIC KEY.

Is there a parking space with the House ?

Yes, all our Houses propose a free solution to park one car. Each unit has its own parking space nearby.

Do you have equipment to accommodate babies?

Yes, we have a High chair and a Baby cot. Contact us if you want something else.

Are towels and bed sheets provided in the apartment?

Yes, we provide towels and bes sheets. There will be also one bathrob per person.

Does the price include a cleaning service?

No, in order to make sure that the House is clean for every client, we charge an extra cleaning fee on top of the total amount of your stay.

Will I sign a short term rental agreement ?

Yes, we will sign a short term rental agreement during the BOOKING Process or in the check-in.

Will I receive an invoice after the check-out?

Yes, we can hand you an invoice during check-out if you request so.

Cancelation policy

All bookings are refundable 7 days before Check-in.

Are animals allowed in the house ?

No, animals are not allowed in the Houses.

Can I smoke in the House ?

Yes and No, Smoking is strictly forbidden in the Houses but you can smoke outside.
