Great location. My kids said it was the “coolest” vacation rental they had ever stayed at. Anna was great upon check in. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in Seville
We had a great stay at this property. It is set up for individual groups living with a common area, meaning all rooms have a locking key and are exactly the same with extremely comfortable beds and nice showers. We rented the whole unit as we were two families with nine people. More than enough room. We didn’t use the spa since it was so hot but we made good use of the pool. It was small but refreshing. The kids enjoyed it. Check in was great and Anna was very responsive to any questions/needs. In avery safe and fun area. Not far at all to the main tourist attractions.

Beautiful, large house ideal for discovering Seville!
The location in the lively Triana district is ideal for exploring Seville. The house is spacious and the rooftop is very pleasant. And what a pleasure to enjoy the spa after a day out!

Unbeatable.
Everything perfect, unbeatable value for money, exceptional location, everything clean, they left us a bottle of cava, water, and coffee, with all kinds of cleaning products, super complete kitchen, exceptional. In few places like this I have felt so comfortable and at such a good price.

Host was very kind, careful and try to answer questions fast. Apartment was clean, quiet. Hotwater offered, water pressure was enough, Freezer, Hotplate, microwave worked well.

Stunning house which was perfect for us. Good location, just 10mins walk and your in the centre of everything. Pool was great. Rooms all has ensuites and hairdryers. Air con was good. Boris greeted us and was very helpful in arranging transport and reccomending restaurants. Thourougly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely place to stay. Quiet location about 15 mins walk to centre. Beautiful roof top with terrace and pool. The place was well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

A warm welcome from Richard, with whom we were able to talk about Seville. Very pleasant house, well located because it’s close to the historic centre but far enough away not to be in the middle of the crowds. Then in Triana we were able to appreciate this popular but very local district. Nearby restaurants to recommend: l’Antigua on calle Pureza and Flamenco Esencia 31A on calle Betis, where I found the best flamenco of all my visits to Seville.

The very first great impression was made by the host, who was very nice, provided us with all informations needed. And then the house which is a playground on its own. We traveled with kids and how happy were they as they had all a teenager can dream off – jacuzzy, arcade games, PS…and for the grown ups great rooftop lounge area…the house has great location near to all attractions, great restaurants near by… The house has everything you need and was very clean. Overall very very happy with our stay, really recommend if you are in Sevilla with frienda or family.

The place is magnificent and superbly equipped! The location in the heart of Seville is perfect

The location of this flat is ideal for visiting the city on foot. We are close to everything. Just a few blocks from the flat, a small square with restaurants and bars that connects directly to the pedestrian streets to stroll through the shops. In fact, we had the opportunity to see a flamenco show, just wonderful 🙂 The terrace is also very nice to share a relaxing moment. The kitchen is functional and allows you to prepare the essentials for aperitifs in the sun.

It is very well located and is very nice and cosy.
It has all the necessary services for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Providing towels, bed linen etc.
The terrace is large.

Outstanding and spacious apartment within walking distance of the main sights of Sevilla.
It was spacious and luxurious as well as being walking distance from the main locations of Sevilla. Car parking was also provided. The host met us to hand over the keys and give us a guided tour of the apartment. She also left wine and coffee for us.

The location, the spa amenities and the spacious rooms. All the rooms are the same, with nice beds and a very spacious shower. Even the sofa beds in the rooms were comfortable. Ideal for staying with a large group of friends.

I have just spent 3 nights with friends in this beautiful house, ideally located with very comfortable rooms.

Very cosy house in the heart of Triana
The house is very well maintained and decorated and had everything we needed for the weekend. It was clean and the location was perfect. Also, communication with the owners was perfect and we felt looked after at all times. The roof terrace is a wonder.

Fabulous apartment and a wonderful stay
We were a party of 6 and the four bedrooms were perfect . The location of the property is excellent . We had everything we needed to have a wonderful week in Seville .

Birthday celebration holiday
Location was lovely and quiet but only a short walk to all the main attractions in the center of Seville. The beds were big and very comfortable, all rooms were en suite so guests have privacy. The basement with hot tub, sauna and spa as well as the rooftop were lovely and the outside pool was warm. The owner was always available so if anything needed rectifying this was fixed quickly (we had a few bulbs blow and this was fixed the same day)

The location is perfect to explore Seville on foot. Richard’s welcome and availability were perfect. The house is superb and very comfortable (we were 10). The jacuzzi is a plus after a good day of visit!

The property is awesome! It is located within walking distance of almost everything you will need and the places you will want to visit. We stayed here with a group of 10, but could have definitely fit more people. Boris was so amazing to work with, setting up a taxi ahead of time to pick us up from the airport and making sure we had everything we needed.
There wasn’t much not to like! The only thing we would have changed would be the quiet hours, but those are neighborhood rules, not the specific house. We were able to enjoy all the amenities, and they all worked as expected.

We stayed with a group of friends for a whole weekend where we went to visit Seville and this accommodation was a success for its location, its condition (all renovated and clean) and for the facilities such as air conditioning, Jacuzzi, video games, beautiful terrace, … a fantastic experience! !

The rooftop pool and terrace are great, the kitchen is fully equipped and luxurious: a good coffee machine, dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer in which 2 bottles of wine and water were ready for us. Each room has a Nespresso coffee machine, a very spacious shower and a private toilet. It is very well located near the center and a night market and supermarket are nearby. Our host Boris arranged shuttles to and from the airport and he responded to the app almost immediately if we had a question.

Sublime flat. Richard is a very good host. He is very welcoming and has lots of tips to give you for visiting Seville.

You will have all the necessary facilities, the reality is in accordance with the photos. The fact that the bedrooms are on the lower floor and the kitchen, living room, lounge and terrace are on the upper floor is very original, especially with the possibility of access to the outside from both floors. The accommodation is VERY CLEAN, and very beautiful.

The terrace is simply brilliant. Spacious and slightly overlooking the city.
You can book with your eyes closed.

Magnificent flat with very nice amenities.
The location is ideal for sightseeing, with shops nearby and the Plaza Alameda.
The rooms are tastefully decorated and the bedding is of very good quality. Espresso machine and TV in each room.
Perfect welcome by Florence who also provided us with various information and was very helpful (luggage storage). The roof terrace is just magical. The basement facilities (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi) are perfectly clean and functional.
In summary: an ideal place for a holiday with friends!

The location is exceptional. The house is large and very well equipped. Just a few meters from the Calle Betis and the canal with its great atmosphere and restaurants. Triana is really pleasant. The historical monuments of Seville are close by and we walked to them. Parking at the Triana market is convenient and a luxury in the area. The jacuzzi provides a relaxing moment during the day. Thanks to Richard for his welcome and availability during our stay.

We spent a week with friends for the holidays in Richard’s house! This place is absolutely amazing with all the necessary facilities, not to mention the location which is close to everything!

Some may think it’s a scam (given the number of scams that exist today) when they see such a house on the website but it’s not and we actually lived in this beautiful house for a week!
The only downside to this magnificent house is its soundproofing… Too inadequate when we came with family and friends! But this is a detail compared to the quality of the stay we had!
We highly recommend this little corner of paradise!

Just perfect location (right in the centre of Seville).
Fully equipped: bathroom and toilet in each room / Hammam / Sauna / Jacuzzi / roof top pool / roof top terrace / air conditioning throughout the house and in each room / very large and comfortable beds.
The hosts were incredibly kind, available and responsive.

Having travelled to a very large number of countries, and almost systematically via AirBnb, I rank this accommodation in my top 3 without a moment’s hesitation.

Amazing stay! The casa is beautiful, functional, well placed and very well decorated!
The big plus is the swimming pool, the spa and the beautiful view of the square. A real treat I hope to return. I strongly recommend for a long stay or even a short weekend.
