The house was perfect for our vacation. The location is ideal and is within walking distance of almost all the sights and good delicious restaurants. Richard’s house is literally fully equipped and has a very luxurious interior. Seville is a beautiful city and has a lot to offer but otherwise you would not have to leave the house. You can easily entertain yourself for hours with the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room.

This was the perfect place to celebrate my husband’s significant birthday – we had the entire place just for the 2 of us. The sauna, jacuzzi and steam room were put to good use but the roof top pool was too cold for us in early March, but instead we enjoyed breakfast/ lunch on the roof top terrace with magnificent views and sunsets and bird watching too. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Richard. Tout était parfait ! Le logement, les équipements et les échanges avec Silvina qui était notre contact sur place. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement pour découvrir Séville.
